Ready for fashion month? New York Fashion Week kicks things off once again this year! Though we just started, every designer sent some epic standouts, defining the next season of trends. Luckily, many seem to stem from fall/winter 2019, letting us wear our season picks well into next year.
Pantone’s color picks for 2020 lead the pack with Flame Scarlet tones bringing the fiery red alongside the spicy Saffron. We’re also seeing a lot of Classic Blue, especially in the nautical stripe variety. If you’re paying attention, you might also see gender boundaries blur. Men and women walk side by side in many of the major shows, reducing the show pollution and bringing goods to both markets at the same time.
Keep an eye out for the strong shoulders and the western/cowgirl vibes.
