Pretty in Pink
This spring-fresh cocktail is the perfect Mother/Daughter drink. Since you’ll be with Mom all day, we thought you might need some El Jimador tequila. To make it Mom-friendly, there’s also lemon juice, muddled strawberries and, of course, a splash of champagne.

- 1/2 oz each of aperol and vermouth
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz agave nectar

Crush strawberries with a muddler in the base of a shaker, add ice and remaining ingredients and shake hard. Strain through a fine sieve and garnish with lemon and a strawberry.
