Easy Low-Sodium Kale Chips
Servings:
Makes enough chips for 1 to 2 people.
Ingredients:
12 (or more) flat-leaf kale leaves
Oil spray (like Pam)
Seasoning of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Using scissors, cut up 12 (or more) kale leaves into pieces about three times the size of potato chips. Lay your cut-up kale on one (or two, if needed) large nonstick baking sheets. Do not overlap. Very lightly mist them with oil spray, then season with freshly ground black pepper or any zesty no-salt-added seasoning of your choice, such as garlic powder or salt-free Cajun seasoning. Cook in oven for 10 minutes.
