“The eggs are a perfect protein source as well as the avocado, which is packed with monounsaturated fat and anti-inflammatory nutrients,” explains Wiatt. Adding a cup of mixed berries on the side adds antioxidants and phytochemicals to create a hearty, satisfying meal.
