According to medical research, people suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder have been shown to feel better when they’re exposed to special UV lights at home, even for as little as 20 minutes a day. That halogen lamp in the living room could work too, since it’s shown to emit the same frequency as lights made to treat SAD. Or another option: Head to your nearest sports stadium where there are blindingly bright lights galore. Anecdotally, stadium lighting seems to have the same effect.
