Of course, if your hair is longer, that’s fine too, and in fact many salons require a quarter or even a half an inch of length, especially if your hair is coarse or if you’re new to waxing (the more you do it, the finer your hair will become). To get the timing right, book your appointment for no less than a week or two after you shave. Most waxers recommend coming back about once a month to stay silky smooth.
