In a European study, male and female participants most accurately recognized pictures of men that showed their whole bodies. But when it came to picking out women, they did better when the photos showed just the midsection or chest.
  
Fortunately, the effect was counteracted when the participants first engaged in a task that made them focus on the big picture instead of details. So if you catch yourself whittling a woman down to her sexiest parts, step back and think about her as a person. Being supportive (and supported) is a vital part of a healthy, beautiful life.
