It’s something we rarely think about doing, but these treasured companions for our workouts, subway rides, and walks are teeming with bacteria and, well, are downright disgusting. We’re talking about your headphones. Fortunately, they’re practically the easiest thing to clean. Use a cotton ball, tissue or paper towel to wipe earbuds with rubbing alcohol and you’re done! You should try to clean them about once a month. Bonus: You can use those same wipes to clean your cell phone or mp3 player screen after a sweaty workout.
