GE crops are the most researched and regulated foods on the market: They have to jump through hoops that conventional crops don’t, which means potentially dangerous traits are weeded out. Similarly, there’s no evidence that genetically engineered crops are toxic. Still, if you’d rather avoid genetically engineered foods, go organic!
