Researchers in Canada found that when one partner kept it all to him- or herself for two weeks it resulted in both partners feeling worse in general and viewing their relationship as suffering. Repressing anger can lead to symptoms from headaches to depression. So when you’re feeling upset, let it out! You’ll look and feel better in the long-run.
