Channing Tatum, a serious actor/producer who I know from “Foxcatcher” and only “Foxcatcher,” has released a poster for his upcoming film male stripper comedy “Magic Mike XXL.” Please welcome a great new computer background:

The film is described only as “The continuing story of male stripper, Magic Mike” in the world’s best IMDB description. Tatum has previously revealed the plot to be a road trip story that will follow the hijinks of Big Dick Richie and the gang to a stripper convention. There is also at least one pool party scene. The movie trailer itself will premiere on “The Ellen Show” later today, according to People and Tatum’s Instagram. If you, like me, definitely do not have the tradition of watching “Magic Mike” twice in a row on New Year’s Day to bring good luck in the new year, now may be a good time to catch up on the original “Magic Mike” before the July 1st theatrical release of “XXL.” Five-Alarm Update:
