A pastor named Larry Tomczak wrote an article for the Christian Post accusing Hollywood of having a “gay agenda,” and definitely messed with the wrong gal.After bemoaning “Glee,” “Modern Family” and openly gay CNN anchor Anderson Cooper as examples of Hollywood bombarding us with gay messages (whatever that means), Tomczak called out Ellen Degeneres specifically, saying:
“Ellen Degeneres celebrates her lesbianism and ‘marriage’ in between appearances of guests like Taylor Swift to attract young girls.”
While Ellen makes it clear she usually ignores what people say about her in the media, she used this opportunity to make a few key points about her life, and the “agenda” she truly pushes.She cleared up for hte pastor that she’s not “married,” she’s married — like, it’s real. And the only way she is trying to influence anyone is to encourage them to be more kind and compassionate. She ends by “brainwashing” the audience:
“Attention youth of the world: I want you to live your lives being exactly who you are. Be true to yourselves. The most important thing is that you be true to yourself. The second most important thing is that you wear Ellen underwear, and only Ellen underwear.”
