Any Tom Hanks film is usually a great watch, and he’s known for his incredible WWII movies. Greyhound sees Hanks return to the war genre as a command to the naval ship Greyhound, which was pursued by German U-boats and 36 other Allied ships across the Atlantic Ocean. The director Aaron Schneider also won an Oscar for Best Live Action Short back in 2003, so it’s set to be amazing!

As Disney continues to make live-action remakes of all of their most popular original films, their latest addition to the collection is exciting. Directed by Niki Caro and starring Chinese star Liu Yifei, Disney’s Mulan is due to be released in July 2020. It also includes a whole host of other Chinese legends such as Jet Li, Gong Li, and Donnie Yen. If it’s anything like the original animated classic, then this new, reimagined version of Mulan is sure to be magical.
A Quiet Place Part II

Delayed initially from March to September, A Quiet Place Part II has been long-awaited after the hugely successful first film was released. Directed by The Office star John Krasinski, and featuring his wife Emily Blunt, this sequel shows the remaining Abbott family members doing their best to survive following the death of their husband/father, Lee. We will see them meet with other survivors and learn more about the threats they face, finding out they aren’t actually supernatural at all.
Whether these films are pushed back again or not due to the pandemic, they will remain on our movie bucket list for when movie theaters do reopen!
