Toying with the idea of getting implants, but not sure you want to risk a plastic surgery disaster for a set of DDs? Well, an New York City doctor is working his hardest to give you the chance to try on a bigger rack for size, with only a two-or three-week commitment.
ABC New reports that Dr. Norman Rowe, an NYC-based board certified plastic surgeon, is working on developing temporary breast implants that will last for just a couple of weeks — perfect to fill out that bikini on vacation or add some vavoom to that strapless bridesmaid dress you can’t quite hold up with your own set. And hey, if after your trial run you find you love how they look and feel, maybe you’ll be ready to commit to the real thing.

It’s not the first time Rowe has answered flat-chested women’s cries to give a fuller cup a test drive. He’s the proud creator of the “Insta Breast,” a 20-minute procedure where saline solution is injected into the breasts to create an implant-like appearance. It costs between $2,500 and $3,500, and lasts for 24 hours.
Rowe is keeping his lips sealed about the chemical cocktail that’ll make “Vacation Breasts” stay put for longer—but he insists that the saline concoction is something that’s already used in the medical community. And the price tag? Nothing confirmed yet, although Rowe told ABC you can expect more boob for your buck (my eloquent phrasing, not his) than the Insta Breast.
The new procedure should be ready in about two years (assuming all goes well with the FDA), for those of you itching to try it out. In the meantime, there’s still padded bras.
