It was just last week when news broke that Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus were separating and now, Liam is officially filing for divorce. Well, there goes any last hope of them getting back together.
The news shook the world when the couple decided to split after less than a year of marriage. Liam and Miley had been on and off for about ten years, and when they finally tied the knot, people thought they were the definition of true love. So, it’s understandable how heartbroken everyone is to hear of their split.
Shortly after their breakup announcement, Miley posted an Instagram post with a caption hinting at why they decided to go their separate ways.

“Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win,” the caption read. Liam later confirmed the breakup in his own Instagram post, saying that he wishes her “nothing but health and happiness going forward.”
Talk about heartbreak. According to people, Liam recently filed legal documents in LA, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
I don’t know about you, but I’m still holding on to the possibility of them getting back together. I can’t imagine a world where Liam and Miley aren’t together.
