Papaya Face & Body Exfoliator

Ingredients:
1/4 cup papaya chunks
1/4 cup coarse sugar
Juice from 1/2 lime

Directions:
It’s easiest to whip this recipe up in a blender, if you can. If not, mash the papaya with a fork in a small bowl, then mix in the sugar and the lime juice. Mix it all together to form a paste. If applying to the face, do so gently — no harsh scrubbing! Just lightly use your fingers in circular motions (stimulates blood flow). Leave on for a few minutes or for up to a half hour, then rinse clean. For your body, you can definitely scrub more vigorously. You can do this whole process in the shower (and you should, the mixture is very slippery!), but keep an eye on your drain, as it may clog. This recipe makes one use for your entire body, and it will keep for a few days in the fridge. Use the rest of your papaya, lime, and sugar as the base of a cocktail smoothie.
