Before kids, I used to treat myself to face masks once a month or so to give my complexion a hydrating, toning boost. Rather than be daunted, I decided to multitask by applying the mask while watching “House of Cards” with my husband after the kids were in bed. Even though I looked like something out of the horror movie “Halloween” with this white mask on, causing my husband to chuckle every time he turned to say something to me during the show, it felt good to treat my skin to some great ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, peptides, ceramides, skin-brightening licorice root extract, and macadamia oil.

How to Use: Remove the mask from the packaging and pull off the two supportive films, which look like a thin cheesecloth, on either side of the mask. Apply the mask to your face. The innovative mask is a full sheet made from biodegradable, hypoallergenic biocellulose fibers that bind with the skin to infuse it with the skincare ingredients. The sheet has cut-outs for your eye, nose and mouth so you still breathe and see. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes.
Results: After 30-minutes, which went by faster than expected, I peeled off the mask and massaged the remaining product into my skin. My complexion felt soft and smooth and looked more hydrated and toned, like I’d just had a facial without even having to leave my living room.
