Coconut and Pineapple Cooler
To make this refreshing tropical cocktail, add 50ml of coconut rum, 100ml of pineapple juice, 25ml of gin, and 50ml of cold water into a glass with ice. Stir, and then add a piece of watermelon and a couple of coriander sprigs.
Blueberry Mojito
Everyone loves a mojito, and this twist on the traditional mojito is packed with blueberries for a fruity flavor. It is also incredibly easy to make – you only need a handful of ingredients. Add your blueberries, lemons, and sugar into a jug and stir. Bruise some mint leaves and add them to the jug along with plenty of ice cubes. Pour over rum and sparkling water and stir together!
Appletini
Perfect for martini lovers; this stunning yet straightforward cocktail is super sweet and refreshing. Using a cocktail shaker, add cloudy apple juice, lemon juice, vodka, ice, and maple syrup. Shake well, strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of apple.
Rose Sangria
Put all of your fruit and ingredients in a large jug apart from the sparkling water and mint. Stir to combine and leave in the fridge for approximately 1 hour until chilled. Once removed, top up the jug with sparkling water and use your mint leaves to garnish.
Mango Pisco Sour Recipe
Offering the perfect balance between sweet and sour, this Peruvian summer cocktail is made with root ginger and fresh mango. To make, put mango pieces, granulated sugar, and root ginger into a medium-sized saucepan. Add 100ml of water, stir, and bring it to a simmer for 7-8 minutes until the mango begins to soften. Take the pan off the heat and allow it to cool down for 10-15 minutes. Pour the cooled mango syrup through a sieve into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the egg white, pisco, and lime juice and shake well. Strain into 4 tumblers and add a couple of shakes of Angostura bitters to each glass before serving.
