It feels like the past few days have been nonstop announcements of celeb couples welcoming home a baby. It’s always exciting when your fave celebs give birth and learn what the new baby’s name is. Because, let’s face it, celebrities never fail us when it comes to thinking of the most unique baby names.
Despite how quirky their names may be, these babies are pretty darn cute. These are all the celebrity babies who have been born (so far) in 2020:
Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn
Ed Sheeran and his wife Cherry Seaborn might just take the cake on the most unique baby name: Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran. He announced the news on Instagram, with the caption: Ello! A quick message from me as I have some personal news that I wanted to share with you… Last week, with the help of an amazing delivery team, Cherry gave birth to our beautiful and healthy daughter – Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran. We are completely in love with her. Both mum and baby are doing amazing and we are on cloud nine over here. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time. Lots of love and I’ll see you when it’s time to come back, Ed x.”
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom
The birth of this baby has been long anticipated, but she’s finally here! She’s named Daisy Dove Bloom, a very fitting name from the couple if you ask me. The news was announced on UNICEF’s Instagram, with an adorable picture of Daisy gripping onto their fingers. “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter,” Katy and Orlando told UNICEF. They are both UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors and asked for donations to support other expecting mothers who are not in the same position.
Lea Michele and Zandy Reich
Lea Michele and Zandy Reich welcomed home their new baby boy, named Ever Leo. Lea gave birth on August 20 and broke the news on Instagram a few days later. “ForEver grateful for this true blessing,” she wrote.
Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt
While the couple has yet to officially confirm their baby’s birth, reports from Entertainment Tonight showed that the couple welcomed home their first child together.
