Do you go into panic mode whenever you experience a breakout? Are you using every facial treatment, exfoliator, cream and mask known to man trying to get rid of them? If so, you may be relieved by what we’re about to share. You may be able to avoid all those expensive treatments and get straight to the point with something as simple as hydrogen peroxide.
First, you need to understand what those ugly little blemishes actually are. Blackheads occur when your skin becomes clogged with oil. That’s why a solution as simple as hydrogen peroxide can be so effective. Here’s how the treatment works…
Step 1 — Ensure the face has been cleaned with a mild cleanser.
Step 2 — Use a simple exfoliator (can be homemade) to exfoliate the areas where the black heads are lurking. The key is not to over do it. You want to be as gentle with your skin as possible. All you’re doing here is removing dead skin cells.
Step 3 — Take a cotton ball or other soft cloth and dampen it with the peroxide. Gently dab the solution on the blackheads. The hydrogen peroxide has been said to dissolve the blackheads from the skin’s surface.
Step 4 — Moisturize your skin with oil. This can be olive oil, or jojoba oil. Do this to further smoothen and protect skin.
What results can you expect? Over time, your skin will emerge beautiful and clear.
NOTE: This advice may not work for everyone. This solution works for many, but nothing is 100% guaranteed. You may want to start this treatment off in a small area first to see if it works. From there, you’ll know whether to use it all over or stop completely.
